“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area every day. The provider issue created for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for that office to attend to all people who pay sassa status a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to permit the servicing of all clients and boost use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
